•  Will I be able to meet our service provider before the actual date that we need them.        Yes, just let the vendor know that you'd like them to meet your dog before providing the service.

• Is payment expected before service is  provided?                                                                  No, your payment will be due once the service has been rendered.

• Do you require shot records?                                Yes,  we do.

• What if I have more than 1 animal, will there be additional costs?                                                      Yes, more than likely depending on the situation.  You'll just need to discuss your needs when you meet your vendor.

• Will I be able to get a discount if I use your services regularly.                                                    Yes, we will offer discounted services with our regular customers.  Again, this is something to discuss with your vendor.

•  Can a vendor apply to do  more than 1 service?    Yes, you can.  We'll add you to more than (1) list if you are able to offer more than (1) service.

• Are all of your vendors certified?                        No, they are not.  It will be noted by vendor's name if they are certifed.
